The design brief for this two-storey maisonette was to transform it from a family home to a bachelor pad for the new owner. Regarding layout alterations, the main one was turning the two bedrooms in the upper floor  into a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite and a walk in closet. In terms of design, high-end modern materials and a desaturated but bright palette were employed, in order to reflect the new owner’s elegant and minimal aesthetics.
